Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Dutch Gold, we take pride in crafting delicious, high-quality stroopwafels. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Because our products are perishable food items, there are some special considerations regarding returns and refunds.


2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of stroopwafels once they have left our facility, except in cases where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

If you received:

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.


3. Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we can offer one of the following:

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded except under the conditions above.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee (Optional)

We want you to love your stroopwafels! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at contact form  we’ll do our best to make it right, even if it doesn’t fall under the standard refund conditions.
